Upon acceptance, the article is published online (with doi) on the journal website, as soon as the approved draft is returned to the secretariat by the Author. The article is then inserted in an issue according to the acceptance date (within the same type of contribution).<br><br>\r\n\r\nThroughout the editorial process, BC complies with the recommendations of the \u201cInternational Committee of Medical Journal Editors\u201d (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.icmje.org\">www.icmje.org<\/a>) and with the ethical standards of the \"Committee on Publication Ethics\" (COPE, <a href=\"http:\/\/publicationethics.org\">http:\/\/publicationethics.org<\/a>) which are available on the \"<a href=\"https:\/\/biochimicaclinica.it\/en\/dichiarazione-etica\/\">Ethical conduct<\/a>\".<br><br>\r\n\r\nThe submission of articles, the editorial process and any publication are free of charge; upon acceptance of the contribution, the copyright is transferred to SIBioC which acquires the right to reproduce and disseminate the article, if of interest. Any reproduction, even of parts of the article itself, requires prior authorization from the copyright holder (in the person of the President of the Company).<br>\r\n<br>\r\nBC is published with the financial support of SIBioC which stipulates a contract with the Biomedia Publishing House ( <a href=\"https:\/\/biomedia.net\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">www.biomedia.net<\/a>) for the definition of publication specifications and costs. The Commercial Company acquires the publishing rights of Biochimica Clinica and the Editorial Director, pertaining to the Commercial Company (Responsible Publisher), assumes responsibility for the periodical in relation to the Italian law.
